Kelly Raulerson is a partner in the firm. His practice covers general litigation, insurance defense litigation, construction litigation as well as real estate. With both state and federal trial experience, Mr. Raulerson has extensive knowledge of the court system. In addition, his appellate expertise includes more than 30 reported cases in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Mr. Raulerson’s legal career began in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army. While there, he gained litigation experience as both a prosecuting and defense attorney for Special and General Courts Martial. His military courtroom experience also included serving as a Judge for Special Courts Martial. Mr. Raulerson’s service to his country earned him the Bronze Medal for his service in Vietnam.
