Our History

PerryWaltersBriefcasePerry & Walters LLP traces its roots to H. Holcombe Perry, who began his practice of law in the 1930s. Building on a foundation of scholarship, diligence and client service, Mr. Perry led the firm on those principles until his death in 2002. As a founding member of the State Bar of Georgia, his dedication to the profession and to professionalism left its mark on the firm that survives him.

The firm’s attorneys carry that same dedication into a full range of legal services.  The firm offers lawyers with a depth of experience in complex litigation, civil and criminal, in the personally sensitive issues that are presented with family law, in the challenging arena of governmental affairs and education law, in business and personal transactional matters, and in estate planning and probate.

Our attorneys carry their dedication into the community, participating in and often leading efforts to build a better community.
